Production Line Virtualization Process Using Plant Simulation Tool

The constant changes in the world generate demands for improvements processes, either by reducing costs or increasing capacity. One of most used methods today process optimization is Discrete Simulation. This research presents a discrete simulation application, using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software to simulate production line Manaus Industrial Pole. Mathematical modeling made it possible understand parameters involved and worked as guide line's composition environment. modeled real input data obtained two months 2020. results showed that reached objective virtualizing process, once differences between were at 1.07%.
